ok so friends i am sorry to say i have been slacking. i dont know why i havent updated...maybe because i am lazy! some of the fun things i have been doing include hanging out with girlfriends - getting tea lattes and going shopping but coming home empty handed. eating good food...my sister and i made tacos for our dado! yummy! enjoying my family. driving a lot! CA = lots of traffic and lots of freeways. what else? oh yes...reading. so far for 2007 i have read 5 books for fun. and i love to read. last year i had a goal to read 100 books but i read 50 and i have changed my goal to 50 books a year. That way i give myself some freedom to enjoy other hobbies and not become a crazy bookie!! but i do love to read.

So something i noticed...most hot spots in ca have parking meters. Also dog parks and skate parks are funny places. And i cringe when any one falls but especially when little kids fall. Last but not least little girls in pink helmets rock. (the above post i sent via text message while david was taking some pictures of an event at a sakte park. i had fun watching.)

so our friends jeff & karen got married on saturday (yes i do know its wednesday) the wedding was beautiful! it was at the refuge church in huntington beach...and the pastor had a great message and the vows were beautiful. it is so nice to go to a wedding and hear the vows and be reminded of my vows with my husband. then the rest of the week i have worked and just hanging out.

so today was an up early day ready to go to work by 6:30AM!! I probably shouldnt have stayed up til 1:30AM!! So I am sitting in Tony's office organizing orders and getting ready to start my day! I already had some oatmeal for breakfast and i even packed my lunch! We have the rehearsal dinner for Jeff & Karen's Wedding, we have to be at the church by 5pm...hooray for traffic.

hello friends. life is good. california is great and i am having fun. i am enjoying taking walks with my mom and her dog ginger. i got to eat del taco with my sister today! they have some good cherry coke. we went down to the beach yesterday! i have been reading a few good books. the no 1 ladies detective agency is the new set i am reading. so far i like the first one.

sorry for the lack of words just havent felt like writing. these are pictures of zion & nevaeh we went to visit them in oceanside and we visited with their parents too! it was awesome!

so what have i done since arriving in CA? -driven on the 405 a few times -cerritos mall -del amo mall -2nd street -crossed the vincent thomas bridge a few times -watched too much tv -sat around barnes and noble -claim jumper for lunch - i love sliders -driven a lot -had david pump gas (man its nice in NJ to have someone else pump your gas) -got a carne asada taco from hole mole what else do i have planned?? hmmm lets see read a few books, go to work and learn something new, go to the beach, go to church, in n out, del taco, red robin, jacuzzi, scrapbook stores, downtown disney, see a movie...JEFF'S WEDDING. and im sure there is more...but for now I am going to watch some more TV or maybe read.

oh my this day has snuck up on me. i am so excited today is christmas eve i just looked up santa on the santa tracker and he is in nigeria! this time tomorrow christmas morning will be long gone and david and i will be on our way to philly to get on a plane bound for CA. HAPPY CHRISTMAS!

so i have had a great week. i had a bunch of great customers at Art & Soul last week. I have one more kiln load to unload it fired last night. I finished wrapping all of my gifts for my family in CA and I mailed them out priority today. I delivered a bunch of pottery today! I have some more gifts to wrap but not too much! And I even delivered 250 ornaments to the Lower Township School day Care. Life is good! What do I have left to do? Well lots of cleaning so when we get back from California our house will be nice and clean. I have to get ready for the Children's Christmas Party tomorrow at church and I have to relax and read some of my book. I am looking forward to Christmas and to this Sunday at church. We are doing the last Superhero of Faith - Jesus! It has been a lot of fun to do the dramas each week.

yesterday was my first trip to storybook land ! it was a lot of fun! We rode a few rides and i felt sick after the spinning turtles. and then at 5pm Santa came out of his house rooftop and turned on the lights in the whole place. The only part that is disturbing to me are all of the nursery rhymes are pretty scary! i dont think kids realize this yet, but in the Alice in Wonderland walk through Alice looked like a zombie! We went on a ferris wheel type ride with buckets shaped like hot air balloons and all of us girls sang rudolph and the operator let us go around an extra time and thanked us for the lovely song. That was the best part!!

ok here is another update to check out something cool David is doing. "KIEVLOVE PROJECT" It isnt that I am not doing anything cool. Lets see yesterday I worked and went shopping with Grandmom, Mary & Aunt Dee. I love target! Today i worked and then went to help Grandmom decorate. Tonight I am a stage hand in the musical Godspell at Cumberland Playhouse. (david is playing drums) And before the play I get to go out to dinner with Big Dave! David has to go early to practice. Plans for the weekend? Well I am working tommorrow 11-5 and then going to see Godspell...Sunday I might go to AC Moore they are having a MIDNIGHT MADNESS SALE!! But i probably shouldn't go because I should be buying Christmas presents!! But maybe i will find something there!

ok so i have a few things to do before we leave.... pick up pottery and deliver it to the memorial school. wrap some pottery to be shipped. go to the bank. and i am going to drop a key off to my friend Michele for art & soul so she can take her guests....hope they have fun. i am waiting for david to get out of the shower...oh and i have to pack. Maybe i will do that now. now to ponder what i am thankful for....i will get back to you on that one.

ok friends i have some scary news...ok maybe its just scary for me. but christmas is in 5 weeks! i am so not ready.i dont know what i want or what i am going to buy anyone...yikes! i probably have more important things i should be worrying about...like unloading the kiln or sweeping, but what fun is that??!! i cant wait for turkey day, we are going to see big daves brother and his family...little vacation.

we have not inherited the earth from our fathers, we are borrowing it from our children. this was on my calendar a few days ago and it really stuck.

so i have been waiting what seems like forever to get my hair done, because i was not allowed to get it colored or cut during my play. so today was the day...i got my hair is a very nice warm brown and a cute new cut! with side bangs and a few layers. i love getting my hair done! getting it washed and cut and straightened! i love being pampered at the salon. thanks to megan!! she is amazing.

600-pound animal ran overnight through streets of Newark, N.J. This is a headlins i saw on MSN and I had to read more. Newark is almost as big as New York City. So if you are interested... read more about the bull . i think the best part is he was probably on his way to a slaughter house and since he escaped he will now live the rest of his life in a zoo/refuge. Thats one lucky bull.

so friends i hope you are all well! lets see, Monday i drove Cassy back to JFK and my friend Michele drove with me...we drove there and at olive garden then dropped cassy off and drove back, that was a total of 8 hours! Then we took Big Dave out for his brithday to Corky's in the tropicana in atlantic city! It was a great night!! Tuesday was my brother's birthday and they all went to Medieval times..i was sad to miss it, but being in Jersey is hard to be at family parties. So sorry little brother! I was thinking about you. So for halloween we went trick or treating with Amanda and Jenna and thier parents Michele and Scott! It was a fun night! The rest of the week went by fast...not much else going on. I have ladies night at Art & Soul and i have 10 friends coming to paint tonight. I made cookies and got some chips and dip! Oh and I got little packets of strawberry lemonade mix to add to my water bottles from Target and that has helped me drink more water. They are pretty ta...
