all day long i make phone calls and after 6 hours of making phone calls i think i am starting to go crazy! the last call of the day i reached a man named george all i needed to know was if a check was received for records. he told me he had to go to another place to find out and placed the call on hold. i was on hold for 15 minutes. nothing like the last call of the day lasting forever!!

proverbs 31:5 - She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at days to come. i am blessed with friends who are amazing! i am so glad that i have friends who love the Lord and love me too!! whatever is in our future God is in control and that is pretty cool.

i went to seashore campground for the last time this summer. i take pottery to 4 local camp grounds and this is one of the best campgrounds around. it is always bittersweet to see summer come to an end. but i am so glad that i got to meet Nancy through Art & Soul and bringing pottery to the campground. she is such a great lady and wonderful friend. i am already looking forward to coming back to seashore next summer. thanks nancy!!

so summer is almost over..sadness. i think i am going to the water park tomorrow. pretty excited!!

so we went to the cole brothers circus last night. little "s" loved the cotton candy and the popcorn and especially the motorcycles which she pronouces "moto kykles". or course the motor cycles were first so after that she kept asking for them. the elephants were last and she could have cared less. she just wanted to see the motorcycles one more time. the circus is over priced and cheesy but she loved it!! the $5 cotton candy and the $5 popcorn were a big hit!!

i have a case of the mondays!! i dont feel like doing anything. our little friend "s" called me into her room at 7. then we snuggled for an hour and finally got up at 8. i wish we were still snugglin'.

pretty cool. i just saw that the last post i did was my 500th thats pretty cool. so today we went to the beach and our little friend had a great day. she loved every part of the beach and was so tired when it was time to go home she didnt seem too upset to have to be leaving. she fell asleep on the way home and was a little grumpy due to all the sand in her pull up. she loved the water and she even made sand angels. both david and i missed out on our naps but it was worth it. maybe next week she will take a nap! fat chance.

so tonight i took pottery to a camp ground and david came along with our friend and they played on the really big playground. i just heard this story from david sorry its not first hand but it was so funny i had to share. they were waiting patiently for the big slide while two french canadian boys were playing and david kindly asked them "ok boys go down so the little girl can go" the just blankly stared at him. so he asked them nicely again, "ok go down boys so the little girl can go." they still just stared at him. finally he put on his mean face and harshly shouted "get off the slide" and pointed where they needed to go. (he says north) they took off down the slide and ran away. as they were sliding down david nicely said "merci". he has already become quite the over protective father. the fact that she was soaked from playing in the lake and i thought was pee also made me laugh. we are having a good time even though its hard we are also setti...

Our electric bill was 0 Because we are on budget pay and we used less electricity then last year.

i am sitting in my living room working on my computer and it looks like it is going to be a beautiful day. i am working until 1 today and then going swimming with my mom and melissa joy. last night we had a chance to spend some time with davids cousin colleen and her daughter claudia. claudia is 22 months and so beautiful. it took her a little to warm up to everyone, but she already knew melissa joy from when melissa joy went to italy. claudia kept calling her doy because when she met her she was 17 months and that is about all she could say. well by the end of the night i was mel-it-ta-la and she has the cutest little voice. we had a pretty awesome dance party in melissa joy's room because she has big mirrors!!

my mom is here from CA and we are going to enjoy some fun time together. today she got up and went with me to the campground to do pottery. fun (right?) she is swimming with melissa joy and then we are going to a different camp ground to do pottery tongiht. somewhere in there we are going to grill turkey burgers and corn on the cob! yum!! i want to go to the water park while she is here :) and i think we will try to get to the beach too!!

the church is the place where we can stand up and say we are wretched and everyone will nod and agree and remind us that we are also beautiful. i am reading this book thanks to my husband who said i should and pastor brett who lent us the book. it is a really good book.

went to the beach today and the water was soo cold. i was not going to go under but i got pretty hot on the beach so i was brave and went on in. checked on some water temp web site and it was 66 degrees today in the ole atlantic ocean. crazy! i got a little bit of a tan!! but not too much since i had on some sunscreen so i wouldnt get burned. it is so nice to have visitors cause it makes you do the cool stuff your own town has to offer. we went to wildwood last night and then today to cape may and had hot dog tommy's. i had a hot dog with bacon, bbq sauce and cheddar cheese and one with mashed taters, sour cream and cheddar cheese. yum! oh and a frozen coke. then tonight we went back to cape may and walked around the stores then headed to the light house and sunset beach and the sunken ship! pretty fun day! thanks to laura and emily coming to visit! they are driving cross country (there and back) they started in CA and have made it to Jersey! i typed a whole blog and it got deleted because of some lame error code. i havent been to the beach yet this summer.

my best friend cassy is gonna have a baby soon. i was just thinking about her and i am so excited for her and her husband. i cant wait to be an auntie...well sorta.
