Mornings start a lot earlier now that we have a little guy!

foster placement
we are pretty excited to have another foster child...it is wierd because of the anticiptation and the unknown. so today somewhere between 4 and 5 pm we will become parents to a 18 month old little boy. it is a short term placement at this point so please pray for us. we learned that it is really hard to say goodbye.
snow
i had the joy of spending time with my friends daughters. i spent more time with the younger daughter and she told me she was praying for snow and that she is sure it is cold enough. i thought poor thing dreaming of snow its never gonna happen. then i just saw the forecast and it actually says chance of snow!! i am just amazed!!
45 degrees
its crasy that 45 degrees doesnt seem that cold to me. living in southern ca for most of my life 45 degrees was frigid! now i go out in with out a coat....its sweatshirt weather! haha! so crazy!
great weekend
despite bad weather this weekend i had a great time with robert and janet. we climbed the lighthouse in cape may, went to sunset beach and collected stones. went to a bbq and bonfire and just enjoyed our time with our friends. i am so thankful that they can stay extra days atfer njea and hang out with us!

i am up early trying to get a few hours of work in before we drive up to atlantic city to hand out with robert & janet hyde!! they are here for njea (something for teachers) anyway i am so excited to see them and spend the day being a tourist!

so i just made my own homepage for google and i can now update my blog on the google page! it is pretty cool. i can see the weather, snapfish, news and i am sure i can set up more stuff. but i have to get back to working!
